At Znest, every canvas wall art piece is carefully crafted, inspected, and securely packed before shipping. Due to the fragile nature of canvas paintings and the high risk of damage during return shipping, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns for any canvas wall art products once they have been delivered.

Please ensure that you review the product details, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color variations due to screen displays
  • Personal preference after delivery
  • Orders that have been successfully delivered

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will provide a free replacement for eligible claims. We do not issue refunds for damaged items but will ensure you receive the correct product in perfect condition.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
