Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on eligible orders as displayed on our website.

  • If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly shown during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your shipment.

Packaging

Every canvas painting is carefully inspected and securely packed using protective packaging materials to help prevent damage during transit.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged Shipment

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard the packaging.

  • Take clear photos of the outer package and the product.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ubgotmarketing@gmail.com with your order number and photographs.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement if the damage occurred during transit.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Znest is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment has been dispatched.

International Shipping

At present, Znest ships only within India.
