If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the fragile nature of canvas wall art, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for delivered products.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ubgotmarketing@gmail.com along with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Eligible claims will be reviewed, and where approved, a replacement will be provided.
